Managed Obsolescence Strategy (MOS)
Our systematic MOS anticipates component lifecycles, allowing us to implement replacement, rebuild, or recontrol measures proactively rather than reactively. This prevents our customers from ever being caught off guard by unexpected system failures.
The key to this strategy is the active monitoring of our product portfolios for potential obsolescence events, including raw material shortages, vendor obsolescence or component unavailability. This proactive approach minimizes disruptions and optimizes continued operation with minimal downtime.
