    Platinum Solution Contract is a total service solution for our lifesaving instruments. 

    The Platinum Solution Contract is a repair service plan that supports the portable instrument’s hardware and firmware for 4 years.

    This Service Made Simple Maintenance Contract will repair or replace the instrument or the sensor regardless of how the instrument was damaged or why the sensor is not operational. The Platinum Contract provides certainty to your total cost of ownership by removing unaccounted costs for repair or replacement of catastrophic damage to the instrument or if the sensor fails and is no longer covered by warranty. 

    Service Made Simple will also help you ensure that your device is always compliant by providing up to 2 calibrations per year during the contract period.

    • No Fault Coverage that repairs or replaces damaged instruments, replacement of out of warranty or damaged sensors, firmware updates with a 3-day depot service
    • Easier to be compliant to local rules and regulations by providing two calibrations per year
    • Repair of damaged or non-working components
    • Repair or replacement of damaged screens
    • Replacement of skin if it threatens the safety of the user or the performance of the instrument
