    Honeywell amplified board-mount pressure sensors integrate piezoresistive silicon sensing die with onboard ASIC-based signal conditioning, delivering fully calibrated, temperature-compensated analog or digital outputs (via SPI, I²C, or voltage) with update rates up to ~1 kHz for analog and ~2 kHz for digital.They support a spectrum of pressure types absolute, gage, and differential across pressure spans from just a few millibar up to around 10 bar (∼150 psi), and operate reliably over broad temperature ranges. These sensors deliver excellent accuracy and stability, benefiting from high resolution, tight total error bands (as low as ±0.25 % FSS), and ultra-low drift, all while maintaining compact DIP or SMT-compatible footprints for seamless PCB integration Leveraging amplified outputs removes the need for external signal conditioning, significantly simplifying system-level design, reducing component count, and improving voltage noise immunity. They are particularly well-suited to high-performance applications such as medical instrumentation (e.g., ventilators, blood analyzers, flow cytometry), precision industrial systems (e.g., HVAC monitoring, gas analyzers) and other embedded electronics where accurate, rapid pressure feedback is critical. Additionally, features like liquid-media compatibility on select ports and miniaturized SMT/DIP packages with high reflow tolerance make them ideal for compact, high-volume and ruggedized deployments.
