Overview
VF526DT

El sensor de posición digital de efecto Hall doble con traba bipolar VF526DT tiene dos elementos de detección Hall diferentes, ubicados a exactamente 1,4.mm (0,055.in) uno del otro en un único chip de circuito integrado. Los elementos están encapsulados en un material de moldeo termoendurecible.

Las dos trabas Hall activas indican la velocidad y dirección de un gradiente magnético (como un imán anular giratorio) en la cara del encapsulado.

El encapsulado SOT-89B miniatura de 4.pines se monta en la superficie de placas de circuitos impresos y circuitos flexibles. La compensación de temperatura integrada del VF526DT está diseñada para igualar el coeficiente de temperatura de imanes de bajo costo, lo que permite una combinación de sensor e imán confiable y rentable.

El exclusivo circuito regulador ofrece un funcionamiento extremadamente estable con voltajes de alimentación de 3.4 V.CC a 24 V.CC. Se puede conectar de forma directa con muchos componentes electrónicos sin buffering o circuitos de compensación.
