Overview
Las Series SS361RT/SS461R son IC (circuitos integrados) de sensor de efecto Hall digital, versátiles y pequeños operados por el campo magnético de un magneto permanente o un electroimán, diseñados para responder a la alternancia de los polos norte y sur. La Serie SS361RT se enciende a través de un polo norte, mientras que la Serie SS461R se enciende a través de un polo sur.
Estos IC de sensor de efecto Hall digital con traba cuentan con sensibilidad mejorada de tan solo 50 G típicos, a 25 °C (77 °F), lo que a menudo permite el uso de imanes menos costosos o distancias de actuación más amplias. Ofrecen un diseño de IC resistente con protección contra polarización inversa y capacidad de 150 °C (302 °F).
Estos productos están disponibles en dos estilos de encapsulado:
- SS361RT: El encapsulado subminiatura para montaje superficial SOT-23 que se provee en cinta y carrete de bolsillo permite un diseño compacto con colocación automática de componente.
- SS461R: Encapsulado estilo TO-92 plano con hilos rectos en envase a granel que permite obtener un diseño de circuitos impresos compactos.
