PrismShield™ Plus Arc Flash Head & Face Protection

The innovative design of the PrismShield™; Plus face shield provides even clearer vision for workers. A new nanoparticle-coating allows for enhanced color differentiation and improves light transmittance, while the double curved lens provdes superior optical performance and greatly reduces eyestrain while wearing the face shield. User comfort is heightened by a venting system allowing fresh air in from the bottom and moisture to escape from the top.
The PrismShield™; Plus lens is integrated into 3 models: Lift Front Hood, Weight Balancing Face Shield, and the Pro-hood (beekeeper style).

The PrismShield™ Plus Lift Front Hoods are available in the following:

• 20 cal/cm² with Pro-wear™; Plus shroud
• 40 cal/cm² with Pro-wear™; Plus shroud
• 40 cal/cm² with Pro-wear™; Plus premium light weight shroud
• 65 cal/cm² with Pro-wear™; Plus premium light weight shroud *NEW*
• 100 cal/cm² with Pro-wear™; Plus premium light weight shroud *NEW*

All Lift Front Hoods above come with protective face shield bag (AS BAG). Unlike the 20 and 40 cal/cm² models, the fabric shroud covers the hard hat in the 65 and 100 cal/cm². Honeywell Salisbury is the only company to offer a lift front hood in over 65 cal/cm²!
Honeywell Salisbury now offers the PrismShield™; Plus Lift Front Hood with a premium orange shroud in 25 cal/cm². This product was created based off demand from the Canadian utility market.

The Weight Balancing Face Shield with PrismShield™; Plus is available in 12 cal/cm² and 20 cal/cm² as well as for hard hats with full brim and those without. The Weight Balancing Face Shield is available with specific clips that fit into MSA V-Gard^® hard hats. Relevant SKUs are AS1200-MSA-PP and AS2000-MSA-PP. Those with an MSA V-Gard^® hard hat can also utilize the PrismShield™; Plus Universal Face Shield (AS1200U-PP and AS2000U-PP). The difference between the two is that the latter has a strap that fits around any manufacturer and style of hard hat. The AS1200-MSA-PP and AS2000-MSA-PP only work with the MSA V-Gard®.
The PrismShield™; Plus Pro-hoods (beekeeper) are available in 8, 12, 20, 40, 65, and 100 calories/cm². In 40 calories/cm² there is a premium light weight fabric option (sku: FH40PRG-PP). Both the 65 and 100 calorie/cm² hoods only come with this premium light weight fabric.
