Produktübersicht
Der Vertex M™ bietet ein kostengünstiges Verfahren zur Installation, Erweiterung oder Aufrüstung eines industriellen Gasüberwachungssystem für toxische Gase. Er kann mithilfe von drei Chemcassette-Analysegeräten oder einer Kombination aus einem Pyrolyse-Analysegerät und einem Chemcassette-Universal-Analysegerät für 8 bis 24 Messstellen konfiguriert werden. Der Vertex M™ wird in einem kleinen, platzsparenden Gehäuse geliefert und kann wahlweise mit 110 V oder 220 V gespeist werden. Er verwendet die industrieweit zuverlässigste Überwachungstechnologie für toxische Gase: Die kolorimetrische Chemcassette liefert durch Verfärbungen des Bandes einen physikalischen Nachweis für Gasaustritte.Der Vertex M lässt sich einfach in Werksautomationssysteme oder HMI integrieren, beispielsweise in der Halbleiter- und Photovoltaikindustrie, Nanotechnologie, Spezialchemie sowie in Laboren und anderen Hightech-Industrieumgebungen..Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile:.Kostengünstig.
- EP-Bänder (90 Tage) ermöglichen eine längere Überwachungsdauer
- Keine Kalibrierung und kein Durchflussausgleich erforderlich
- Zusatzpumpe und internes Stromversorgungsmodul steigern die Verfügbarkeit
- Die Software kann konfiguriert werden, ohne das Gerät auszuschalten
- Messpunkte können bis zu 120 m vom Überwachungsgerät entfernt und mit mehreren Analysegeräten verbunden sein..
