    Bewegungs- und Positionssensoren

Honeywell motion and position sensors provide motion, position, & navigational sensing from a durable single device over six degrees of freedom via MEMS technology.

Honeywell offers a full line of position sensors to meet a variety of operating environments and application needs – all built to deliver robust, long-lasting performance and enhanced product life. Honeywell motion and position sensors consist proximity sensors, inertial measurement units, resolvers, potentiometers, and magnetic position sensors. For harsh aerospace applications, Honeywell aerospace proximity sensors with optional diagnostic capability are hermetically sealed, highly configurable, and engineered with a platform approach. The Transportation Attitude Reference System or TARS-IMU is a packaged sensor array designed to report vehicle angular rate, acceleration, and attitude data for demanding applications in industries such as heavy-duty, off-highway transportation. With two sensor models for different power levels, the TARS-IMU accommodates 9 V to 36 V vehicle power systems. Communication is transmitted to the vehicle through industry standard CAN J1939 connectivity. Resolvers are rotary and angle absolute position sensors that provide non-contact measurement for 360° sensing, enhanced accuracy, resolution, and repeatability under severe environmental conditions. They are inherently radiation hardened and offer durable electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance. Potentiometer sensors measure linear, rotary position or displacement using technology developed for potential military applications, then adapted to industrial segments. Our proprietary conductive plastic delivers extensive temperature range and infinite resolution, and provides precision position measurement. SMART position sensors and Hall-effect rotary position sensors enable highly accurate motion control, improving operational efficiency and safety. Measure linear, angular, or rotary movement of a magnet attached to a moving object. Non-contact design eliminates mechanical failure mechanisms, reducing wear and tear, improving reliability and durability, and minimizing downtime.
