Honeywell Handheld Pump

The Honeywell Handheld Pump enables users of compatible portable diffusion gas monitors to add remote sampling capability across an existing detector fleet. Designed as a lightweight accessory, it supports spot checks, clearing, and extended sampling applications when used with Honeywell multi-gas monitors commonly deployed in industrial environments.

The handheld pump uses the standard flow adaptor already supplied with compatible instruments such as the BW Flex 4, BW Clip 4, or BW Solo. The pump replaces hand-aspirated and drop lines for faster, safer, and more reliable sampling using gas monitors.

An included mounting bracket supports single-handed or two-handed operation, as well as left or right-handed use. Single-button operation and clear visual status indicators for power, flow fault, and system status support consistent operation and streamlined user training.

The pump can be used with detectors monitoring standard and exotic gases. Accessories can be exchanged using standard quick connect fittings compatible with industry standard tubing. Each unit includes a short, hard probe, spare coarse dust and fine water impermeable filters for the built-in filtration system, sampling tube quick coupling fittings, and basic operating instructions. Additional probes, extended tubing, and inline or end-of-lineaccessories are available separately based on application requirements.

The modular design enables routine field maintenance, with captive screws for the bracket and filter cover and quick‑connect tube fittings included.
