Übersicht
Bei den SS361RT und SS461R-Serien handelt es sich um kleine und vielseitige digitale Hall-Effekt-Komponenten, die über das magnetische Feld eines Dauermagneten oder Elektromagneten betrieben werden und für die Reaktion auf alternierende Nord- und Südpole ausgelegt sind. SS361RT wird durch einen Nordpol eingeschaltet, SS461R wird durch einen Südpol eingeschaltet.
Diese digitalen Hall-Effekt-Sensor-ICs haben eine verbesserte Empfindlichkeit von typischerweise nur 50 G bei 25 °G [77 °F], die häufig die Verwendung weniger kostspieliger Magneten oder breiterer Luftspalte ermöglicht. Sie bieten ein robustes IC-Design mit Verpolschutz und 150 °C [302 °F] Kompetenzen.
Diese Produkte sind in zwei Gehäusearten verfügbar:
- SS361RT: Das in einer Gurtverpackung gelieferte SMD-bestückbare SOT-23-Subminiaturgehäuse ermöglicht ein kompaktes Design mit automatisierter Baugruppenbestückung.
- SS461R: Flaches TO-92-Gehäuse mit geraden Anschlussdrähten in Schüttgut für ein kompaktes Layout von Leiterplatten.
