Overview
Die 1865-Serie der Hochleistungsmessumformer ist speziell auf die Anforderungen medizinischer und spezialisierter OEM-Anwendungen ausgelegt. Mit einer lasergetrimmten Kompensation können diese Produkte für den Betrieb mit Dauerstrom- oder Spannungsversorgung spezifiziert sein.
Bei diesen Produkten kommt ein in einem Kunststoffgehäuse montierter piezoresistiver Halbleiter-Druckmessumformer zum Einsatz. Für Anwendungen, bei denen über eine flexible Membran am Sensor Kraft angesetzt wird, zum Beispiel bei Infusionspumpen, bietet die präzise Silizium-Membran eine lange Lebensdauer und stellt einen zuverlässigen Ersatz für ältere Kraftaufnehmer oder Wägezellenmessumformer dar. Durch die Verwendung einer Silizium-Gummi-Membran kann dieses Produkt bei einigen Anwendungen mit flüssigen Medien eingesetzt werden.
Die 1865-Serie stellt den Zugriff auf wichtige Sicherheitsmerkmale medizinischer Instrumente der Intensivstation bereit, zum Beispiel die Ermittlung des Verschlussdrucks oder der Infiltration. Anhand der Druckdaten kann medizinisches Personal nützliche Diagnoseinformationen zum Zustand des Kreislaufsystems eines Patienten gewinnen. Diese Kraftaufnehmer/Druckmessumformer können auch mit anderen medizinischen Abgabegeräten wie Spritzenpumpen verwendet werden, um die Sicherheit und Präzision zu erhöhen.
